Guests have the choice of staying in luxury accomodation in the Old Station House itself or for those looking for something different stay in our luxury 1957 converted railway carriage which sits in a siding in the old station yard approxomately 50 metres from the house. The accomodation in the house itself consists of two beautifully appointed double rooms with all the extras you would expect. Room 1 has an adjoining en suite wet room and room two has an ensuite shower and toilet. Guests have the exclusive use of our large conservatory which enjoys stunning views over the local countryside. The conservatory is luxuriously appointed and also has full sky television including sports packages.The accomodation in the carriage has two ensuite luxury bedrooms and a childrens two berth bunk room. There is a tastefully appointed lounge area and a fully fitted galley kitchen. Meals can either be served in the sun lounge conservatory in the house or in the carriage itself. Breakfasts are legendary as highlighted in the reviews we receive. We cater for all tastes.The accomodation sits in an acre of secluded garden with amazing panoramic views over the local countryside. Ideally located for golf, fishing, mountain biking or just soaking up the atmosphere of this lovely unspoilt corner of Scotland.

Directions
From the south on the M6 heading north exit at Gretna onto the A75 towards Dumfries and Stranraer. Stay on the A75 past Dumfries until you come to the Castle Douglas bypass. Stay on the A75, 2 miles west of Castle Douglas you will see signs for Bridge of Dee on the left and Glenlochar to the right. Turn right towards Glenlochar, the entrance to the property is on the left about 200 metres off the A75. When you reach the A75 Dumfries bypass head west towards Stranraer and follow the same directions as above.
